Rules and conditions for using our support services for studying abroad
1. Purpose and Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the conditions for the provision and use of services offered by VISAHORIZON TUNISIE SUARL, a single-member limited liability company (SUARL), registered under tax number 1916519B, with headquarters at Cité Essaada No.31, 1st floor, 5000 Monastir – Tunisia, providing declared services in office support and related administrative preparations.
Use of the services implies full acceptance of these Terms by the user (hereinafter "the Client").
2. Description of Services
VisaHorizon offers the following services:
- Guidance and counseling: Assistance in selecting courses and institutions tailored to the Client's profile
- Administrative support: Help with preparing admission applications
- Interview preparation: Coaching and simulation for university interviews
- Visa assistance: Help with preparing student visa applications
- Additional services: Accommodation search, insurance, money transfers (optional)
Specific services and conditions are defined in the service agreement signed between VisaHorizon and the Client.
3. VisaHorizon’s Commitments
VisaHorizon commits to:
- Providing personalized advice tailored to the Client's profile
- Submitting complete files within institutional deadlines
- Maintaining transparent communication on application progress
- Respecting the confidentiality of the Client's information
- Offering a competent and available team
VisaHorizon does not guarantee admission or visa issuance, as these decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and authorities.
4. Client Commitments
The Client commits to:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Respecting document submission deadlines
- Paying service fees according to agreed terms
- Actively cooperating in preparing their application
- Informing VisaHorizon of any decisions received directly from institutions
5. Fees and Payment
5.1. Fee Structure
Services are billed based on the selected package:
- Basic Package: Admission support (3000 TND)
- Standard Package: Admission + visa (4000 TND)
- Premium Package: Admission + visa + additional services (5000 - 6000 TND)
Additional charges may apply for:
- Urgent requests
- High number of institutions targeted
- Exceptional services not initially included
5.2. Payment Terms
Payment is made according to the following schedule:
- 30% upon signing the contract (deposit)
- 40% upon submission of admission applications
- 30% upon submission of visa application
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash (within legal limits).
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Cancellation by the Client
In case of cancellation:
- Before services begin: Refund of deposit minus 10% administrative fee
- After services begin: Refund proportional to unrendered services, minus 20% fee
- After file submission: No refund possible
6.2. Cancellation by VisaHorizon
VisaHorizon reserves the right to cancel the contract in the following cases:
- Falsification of documents
- Failure to pay installments
- Unethical or threatening behavior towards our team
In such cases, amounts paid are retained as compensation.
7. Responsibilities
7.1. VisaHorizon’s Responsibility
VisaHorizon is liable for:
- Clear errors in file handling
- Failure to meet contractual deadlines
- Loss of entrusted documents (within declared value limits)
VisaHorizon’s liability is limited to the total amount of fees received.
7.2. Client’s Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of provided information
- Their academic and language results
- Their financial capacity to fund their studies
- The validity of their passport and official documents
8. Intellectual Property
All elements of the VisaHorizon website (texts, logos, software, databases) are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of VisaHorizon SARL.
The Client agrees to:
- Not reproduce, modify, or use the provided documents for commercial purposes
- Not share methods or tools developed by VisaHorizon
- Not use VisaHorizon’s name or logo without written permission
9. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy in accordance with the GDPR and Tunisian Law No. 2004-63.
Collected data is used exclusively for:
- Fulfilling contracted services
- Improving our services
- Compliance with legal obligations
The Client may exercise rights of access, rectification, and objection by contacting our DPO at dpo@visahorizon.tn.
10. Disputes and Applicable Law
10.1. Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal action.
The Client may contact the consumer mediator at the National Mediation Center (Tunisia).
10.2. Competent Court
If no amicable solution is found, disputes will be brought before the competent Tunisian courts of VisaHorizon’s registered office.
10.3. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Tunisian law, including:
- Code of Obligations and Contracts
- Law No. 2017-20 on electronic contracts
- Law No. 2004-63 on personal data protection
11. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between the parties and replace all previous agreements.
Amendments: VisaHorizon reserves the right to amend these Terms. New versions will be notified by email and published on the website.
Partial Invalidity: If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control (strikes, pandemics, etc.).
